Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Class C Driver’s License required.
• Six months of experience in a related field with safety rules.
• CDL and maintenance certifications preferred.
• Spanish fluency helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and models the organization’s Core Values.
• Maintains buildings and grounds, including painting, masonry, woodwork, furnishings, and general repairs.
• Assists with the delivery of food items, mail, and supplies as needed.
• Follows safety rules and AVANCE policies and state licensing standards.
• Maintains vehicle inspections and drives and keeps records up to date.
• Purchases maintenance supplies and solicits bids for minor purchases and repairs.
• Reports hazards or maintenance needs to supervisor.
