Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team, covering locations across the Greater Philadelphia region, including NJ and DE. You will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, from carpentry and painting to HVAC and electrical repairs, while adhering to Merakey policies.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license.
Verifiable High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall and painting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Follow Merakey policies and procedures.
Report to Maintenance Manager and manage daily assignments.
Attend mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
Perform home and building maintenance across locations.
Conduct walkthrough inspections and address repairs promptly.
Work independently or with others on assigned projects.
