Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team in the McMurray, PA area. The technician will complete assigned work orders promptly, perform repairs across electrical, heating/cooling, plumbing and carpentry, and conduct general maintenance on Merakey properties.

Must possess a valid driver's license and provide a Verifiable high school diploma or GED. Earn $22.00/hour with the option of an additional $2/hour for enhanced pay.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Must provide a verifiable high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned work orders professionally and promptly, as directed by the immediate supervisor, to maintain Merakey properties.
• Perform necessary repairs on Merakey properties, including electrical, heating/cooling, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Conduct general maintenance repairs and ongoing monthly upkeep.
• Repair and maintain walls, ceiling tiles, and paint as needed.
• Handle desk and furniture repairs.
• Perform lock repairs and maintenance.
