Job summary

Wolfsburg West is seeking an Accounting & Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day accounting and support operational processes in a small business environment. You will manage payroll, AP/AR, and general ledger while assisting month-end close and tax documentation.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats, with strong Excel skills and experience in manufacturing or wholesale environments. This position is based in Corona, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience handling payroll, AP/AR, and month-end close.
• Familiar with multi-state tax compliance and Avalara.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to manage purchasing, freight docs, and vendor communications.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to work in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash posting.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close and related schedules.
• Coordinate purchasing and inbound international freight/docs.
• Support tax preparation and Avalara documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
