Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Records management.
• Serving as acting clerk in the Clerk’s absence.
• Regulatory support including reviewing documents, scheduling, issuing orders, and processing dig safe cases.
• Lead staff on the electronic case management system (ePUC), including support, development, implementation, and liaison with the product developer.
• Public and customer service including responding to inquiries, interacting with consumers facing disconnection, and assisting with use of ePUC.
