Key duties include processing National Student Clearinghouse ( NSC ) verification requests, Collegiate Athletic Association ( NCAA ) eligibility verifications, ensuring compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ( FERPA ) and institutional policies, and managing transcript requests. This position is also responsible for preparing enrollment and good academic standing student verification forms and letters, completing in-school deferment forms, reconciling NSC reporting, maintaining student records, answering incoming calls and emails, and providing assistance to those coming into the office.
