Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking a Verification Researcher to support our employment and education history verification process from Warminster, PA. This non-sales, phone-based role focuses on detail and accurate background information gathering in a collaborative environment.

The position offers a hybrid schedule after six months (two days in the Warminster office, three days remote), working 10am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with compensation of $16 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have fast-paced call center experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Verify education and employment history as well as conduct reference interviews.
• Conduct research via outbound calls, fax, email, internet and online database searches.
• Master the proprietary software to accurately transcribe verified information and notes.
• Meet pre-established production goals.
