Job summary

Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking a Verification Researcher to verify education and employment history through phone-based investigations in a non-sales call center environment. You will gather accurate background information with strong attention to detail and clear communication.

The role offers hybrid work after 6 months (2 days in Warminster, PA office / 3 days remote) and a schedule of 10am-6pm Monday to Friday, with compensation at $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, inbound/outbound call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Verify education and employment history as well as conduct reference interviews
• Conduct research via outbound calls, fax, email, internet and online database searches
• Master the proprietary software to accurately transcribe verified information and notes
• Meet pre-established production goals
