As a Verification Researcher, you will perform phone-based investigations in a non-sales call center, gathering accurate background information with strong attention to detail and clear communication. This role offers hybrid work (2 days in Warminster, PA and 3 days remote) after 6 months, with hours from 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, inbound/outbound call center environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate information gathering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal software.

Responsibilities

• Verify education and employment history and conduct reference interviews.
• Conduct research via outbound calls, fax, email, internet and internal databases.
• Master the proprietary software to accurately transcribe verified information and notes.
• Meet predetermined production goals.
