Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking a Verification Researcher to verify education and employment histories and conduct reference interviews via phone, in a non-sales call center.

This role uses proprietary software to transcribe verified information, requires strong communication and attention to detail, and offers hybrid work after six months with 2 days in Warminster, PA and 3 days remote. Hours are 10am–6pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast paced, inbound/outbound call center environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify education and employment history and conduct reference interviews.
• Conduct research via outbound calls, fax, email, internet and online database searches.
• Master the proprietary software to accurately transcribe verified information and notes.
• Meet pre-established production goals.
