Siemens EDA (Siemens Digital Industries Software) seeks a Product Manager for Questa to shape the future of semiconductor verification. You will define the product vision across Verification Management, Digital Thread, Cloud, and AI-driven verification workflows, collaborating with R&D, customers, and marketing to deliver impactful solutions.

You will partner across teams to translate customer needs into clear roadmaps, drive metrics, and ensure first-pass silicon success.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Product Management experience in EDA/semiconductor/enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of functional verification methodologies (simulation, formal verification, coverage-driven verification).
• Experience driving cloud or SaaS product initiatives from concept to market.
• Familiarity with verification management concepts such as coverage closure, regression management, and metrics-driven verification planning.
• Understanding of digital thread and data continuity across engineering workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, sales, and executive teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the product vision for Verification Management within Questa.
• Drive the Digital Thread strategy to enable traceability across design and verification lifecycles.
• Lead cloud-native verification initiatives with scalable deployment models.
• Contribute to AI-powered capabilities and intelligent automation in verification workflows.
• Collaborate with R&D, customers, sales, and marketing to prioritize requirements and define roadmaps.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Build relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders to gather insights and validate direction.
• Define KPIs and continuously iterate based on data and customer feedback.
