Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a Junior Product Manager to support strategy and execution for FPGA-based prototyping tools used by hardware and software verification teams. You will work with senior PMs, engineering, sales, and customers to define requirements, improve workflows, and support product launches.

You will help write requirements, analyze market feedback, and track success metrics while collaborating across global teams to deliver high-quality prototypes and deployments.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in product management or related field.
• Familiarity with semiconductor design & verification, EDA workflows, or electronic systems design.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business and product language.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support the product roadmap for FPGA-based prototyping tools within the EDA portfolio.
• Gather customer and market feedback from chip designers, verification engineers, and CAD/EDA teams.
• Help write product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
• Analyze competitor tools and emerging trends in semiconductor design flows.
• Assist with prioritization of features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Work with engineering and PE teams to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
• Support go-to-market activities, including release notes, positioning, and internal enablement.
• Track product performance metrics and report insights to stakeholders.
• Support delivery of complex prototyping projects across hardware platforms, and customer design environments.
• Establish effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, software and hardware engineering teams, and customer teams to improve product quality, usability, and deployment success.

• Prior experience working in a team across multiple time zones
• Verification and EDA experience in a multi-cultural structure
• Ability to travel, when necessary, domestic or international
