Job summary

Cadence is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager to drive product strategy and growth for digital and mixed-signal verification solutions.

You will own customer-facing strategy, market development, and go-to-market execution while collaborating with strategic accounts to align technical and business outcomes across Sales, AE, and R&D. You will lead initiatives across enterprise software/EDA portfolios, translating customer pain points into compelling value propositions and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of digital and mixed-signal verification flows including hardware-based verification and agentic verification.
• Proven ability to translate customer challenges into product requirements and drive cross-functional execution.
• Lead executive-level conversations (VP/C-level) shaping roadmap decisions and multi-million-dollar growth initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI/ML verification methods and related EDA technology and competitors.
• Strong knowledge of Cadence digital and mixed-signal verification tools, flows, and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with strategic accounts to uncover technical and commercial pain points and shape product direction.
• Partner with Sales, Applications Engineering, and R&D to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Translate segmentation needs and customer requirements into value propositions and go-to-market plans.
