Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a venue technical support specialist to provide level 1 & 2 POS assistance. You will conduct walk-throughs, replace defective hardware, and diagnose software, firmware, and hardware issues. The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems and elevate when necessary.
• Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors and breakage.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and practices.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training.

Qualifications

• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills; proven ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks efficiently and timely.
• Strong verbal and written communication and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be able to adapt to environmental changes immediately.
• Highly effective oral presentation and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including operating system, office systems.
• Ability to be on feet and walk long distances.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Pay rate - $21-$22 per hour.
