Job summary

Legends is a holistic agency delivering solutions for legendary brands, with a focus on 360-degree service for events and venues. This role provides level 1 and 2 support for point-of-sale systems and ensures systems are operational before and during events.

You will conduct venue walk-throughs, replace defective hardware, diagnose software, firmware, and hardware issues, and contribute to safety training and standards.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications to include operating system, office systems
