Job summary

Walters Hospitality in Conroe, TX is seeking a driven Venue Sales Specialist to drive bookings across our portfolio of unique venues. You will manage lead-generated sales cycles, perform captivating tours, negotiate contracts, and close deals to celebrate clients’ milestones.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience, 2+ years in sales (hospitality preferred), excellent communication, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.
• 2+ years sales experience, hospitality/travel IT or healthcare backgrounds preferred.
• Proven ability to close deals and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Command the sales process: manage lead-generated cycles from inquiry to signed contracts.
• Engage with clients via email, phone, and text to build relationships.
• Persistently follow up with potential couples to guide decisions.
