Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Safety Manager to design and maintain comprehensive safety, life safety, risk management, and compliance programs across the venue and events. The role collaborates with Venue Operations, Facilities, Security, HR, Event Management, and Engineering to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of related experience in public assembly or safety operations.
OSHA and ADA experience preferred.
Experience working with CMMS software and BAS is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Legends Global comprehensive safety program and chair the Safety Steering Committee.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve venue safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular facility and event inspections to identify hazards and opportunities for improvement.
Develop corrective action plans with other departments to address deficiencies.
Maintain current knowledge of OSHA, life safety, and accessibility regulations; ensure compliance.
Coordinate safety training and promote a proactive safety culture across staff and operations.
