Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Safety Manager to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety, life safety, risk management, and compliance programs across the venue and events. The role collaborates with Operations, Facilities, Security, HR, Event Management, and Engineering to identify and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities include leading the safety program, conducting inspections, managing incident reporting, and ensuring OSHA and accessibility compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• OSHA and ADA experience preferred.
• Experience in public assembly or venue operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee safety program development and improvement.
• Conduct facility and event safety inspections and address deficiencies.
• Maintain life safety systems oversight and inspections.
• Coordinate incident reporting and investigation processes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, life safety, and accessibility requirements.
• Deliver safety trainings and toolbox talks for employees.
• Manage risk through corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Support emergency preparedness and drills with stakeholders.
