Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management or museum studies.
• Minimum 3 years of related event planning, facility rental or museum experience.
• Experience with budgeting and program management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all facility usage and rentals to meet revenue goals.
• Administer the master calendar and building schedule with cross‑department collaboration.
• Supervise the part‑time Event Coordinator and provide event oversight including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain records, track payments, and assist in marketing materials for facility rentals.
