The position emphasizes on-call event supervision, client relationship maintenance, and collaboration with sales and leadership to ensure efficient, financially sound event execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all rental event clients after contract signing, communicating the client’s needs and expectations to the museum’s operational departments, and enforcing museum policies with the client.
• Exercise independent judgement by making all necessary operational decisions for rental events, particularly during non-museum hours.
• Collaborate with the Rental Events Sales Manager and the Assistant Director of Rental Events to maintain profitable budget margins.
