Job summary

RxServation Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Rental Events Operations Manager who will join the Special Events team to ensure flawless delivery of rental events and other internal and external events.

You will oversee all operational and logistical aspects, maintain strong client relationships, and supervise on-call staff, coordinating across departments and vendors to meet client expectations and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all rental event clients after contract signing, communicating the client’s needs and expectations to the museum’s operational departments, and enforcing museum policies with the client.
• Exercise independent judgement by making all necessary operational decisions for rental events, particularly during non-museum hours.
• Collaborate with the Rental Events Sales Manager and the Assistant Director of Rental Events to maintain profitable budget margins.

Overview

The Rental Events Operations Manager is a member of the strategic, cross-functional Special Events team responsible for the successful delivery of rental events, along with other internal and external special events.
