Job summary

CAA ICON in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Project Manager, Director, and Executive through design, construction, and completion of large-scale venue projects.

You will handle document control, meetings, and logs, coordinate with Owners/Clients, Architects/Engineers, and Subcontractors to ensure timely, accurate information and quality outcomes. 0–3 years experience required, Bachelor’s degree, strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently.
• Multitasking and the ability to problem-solve with new concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and organize the project file system.
• Maintain minutes and track RFIs, non-conformance logs, and submittals.
• Log on-site inspection reports and support monthly pay applications.
• Assist in compiling project deliverables and resolving obstacles to on-time, on-budget completion.
