Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in events, hospitality, or related industries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication, service delivery, and anticipation of needs.
• Highly organized with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for birthday parties and venue rentals by generating leads, closing bookings, and meeting revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Education and Marketing teams to promote seasonal camp offerings and register families.
• Develop and execute venue sales strategy with outbound outreach and partnerships; maintain sales pipeline.
• Maintain records of contracts, payments, insurance, and permits.
• Recruit and schedule schools for Family STEAM Night programming and related goals.
• Coordinate with Marketing to market events and ensure branding compliance across materials.
• Schedule all museum venues and provide floor plans for setup.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality from first contact and manage client communications through post‑event follow‑up.
