Job summary

Safari Island Community Center in Waconia, MN seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily venue operations, staff scheduling, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance. • Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a venue or similar environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and friendly service to guests and staff.
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the venue, including maintenance and scheduling.
• Assist in managing inventory of venue supplies and equipment.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to management as needed.
• Enforce facility policies and safety procedures.
• Ensure correct equipment is available for all games and events.
• Monitor operations and respond to incidents as required.
• Open and close facilities and communicate event setup with managers.
