Legends Global seeks an Operations Manager to support day-to-day facility and event operations at Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, TX. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage logistics, and ensure top-notch guest and client experiences for a variety of events.

Collaborate with the General Manager, oversee maintenance and safety, and drive efficiency across engineering, security, IT, and support services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4–6+ years of experience in venue, facility, or event operations.
• 1–3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale events (conventions, concerts, multi-day programs).

Aufgaben

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all venue operations across Engineering, Building & Grounds, Technical Services, Event Services, Public Safety, Security, Custodial, IT and Parking.
• Coordinate operational activities with internal departments, clients, promoters, and third-party vendors for seamless event execution.
• Ensure facility readiness for all events and enforce operational standards and policies.
• Anticipate challenges and develop solutions to minimize event disruption.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance of the physical plant and systems.
• Supervise the Operations Supervisor and staff; manage department budget with Finance.
