Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year janitorial experience.
• Event experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and trains custodial staff in cleaning practices, safety, and equipment use.
• Performs spot inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Oversees custodial work maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Cleans and sanitizes venue areas including restrooms and lobbies.
• Assists with setup/teardown of facilities for events and meetings.
• Locks/unlocks spaces and reports security concerns as needed.
