Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Custodial Event Supervisor for Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, TX. Under the Operations Supervisor, you will supervise routine cleaning, assist with setup and teardown of spaces, and maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the venue.

You will train custodians, inspect site safety, manage equipment, and ensure secure operation during events. This role requires at least one year in janitorial work and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1+ year janitorial experience.
• Event experience preferred; leading a crew is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and trains custodians in cleaning methods and safety.
