Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Manager to support day-to-day facility and event operations at Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, TX. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee event logistics to ensure high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising facilities staff, ensuring safety compliance, managing maintenance and IT equipment, and supporting budget planning with Finance. On-site work with evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4–6+ years in venue, facility, or event operations.
• 1–3+ years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of venue operations with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and vendors for event execution.
• Maintain facility readiness and enforce safety standards.
• Manage budgets with Finance for department spending.
