Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead venue operations, oversee event staffing, and ensure smooth prep and teardown across events at our Tucson site. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and hands-on management of daily reports and facility readiness.

You will manage both full- and part-time staff, develop procedures, and train teams on safety policies while coordinating with other divisions to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; related experience may substitute.
• 3 years related experience in public assembly industry in operations preferred.
• Supervisory experience required; leadership and training experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Manages employees in various functions including event setup, conversions and teardown, facility inspections, scheduling and daily report review.
• Directs, supervises and schedules all aspects of operations including event staffing, grounds, housekeeping, setups and changeovers.
• Must be able to work well with others and collaborate across teams.
• Communicate with and manage staff to execute event information ensuring tasks are completed and facilities are ready.
• Hire, train, and develop full- and part-time staff; plan, assign, and direct work; address performance and resolve problems.
