Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of experience with event changeovers & the general functions of the Operations Department.
• Knowledge of management principles, with emphasis on working with & training staff.
• Knowledge of boilers, chillers, and refrigeration is helpful.
• Ability to climb stairs and lift heavy objects unaided.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended numbers of consecutive days.
• Must be able to, or willing to learn how to operate equipment such as skidloader, pallet jacks, telehandlers, and others.

Aufgaben

• Set up, convert, and tear down events.
• Facility maintenance and snow removal.
• Coordinate event logistics as assigned.
• Manage and clean changeover equipment and areas.
• Assist Director of Operations with projects as requested.
• Adhere to all Venue Management Policies and Procedures.
• Assist the Event Manager with all facets of event management and coordination.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations or General Manager.
