Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group in St. Louis, MO, is seeking an experienced Janitorial Operations Manager to lead commercial cleaning operations at our sports and entertainment venue.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of staff, ensuring cleanliness and that service commitments to on-site clients are met. Reporting to the Site Manager and District Manager, you will manage event shift operations, budgets, and staffing, coordinating resources to deliver

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Event Shift, budgets, and team personnel.
• Organize, plan, schedule, and execute cleaning operations for Event Shift.
• Review service delivery and staffing reports to ensure identification of service and/or contract issues.
• Understand all customer contract commitments and schedule services accordingly as assigned by the Site Manager.
• Allocate resources appropriately, maintaining appropriate inventories of equipment and supplies.
• Conduct walk-through inspections throughout the length of the shift to ensure work is completed properly and within budgeted hours.
• Complete labor reports and sign in/out temporary labor to ensure completion of time sheets.
• On non-event days the work schedule will be morning shift (Core) as manager/supervisor/lead or working lead as directed.
• Event shift responsibilities include HR concerns: hiring, interviewing, disciplinary actions, payroll, labor reports, inspection reports, safety reports, etc.
• Inspect arena seating and all suite areas to determine deployment strategy.
• Address client concerns and conduct pre/post-event inspections.
