Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced Post Event Manager to oversee cleaning operations and staff for the State Farm Arena. The role reports to the Site Manager and focuses on post-event cleanliness, service quality, and on-site coordination.

Responsibilities include organizing and scheduling the Post Event Shift, ensuring supplies and equipment are ready, training staff, conducting inspections, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising janitorial or cleaning staff.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation and on-site availability.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for the Post Event Shift.
• Decide staff deployment and ensure equipment readiness.
• Ensure supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete tasks.
• Check-in staff, deploy, and assign coverage for the facility.
• Provide training and communicate policies and procedures.
• Conduct walk-through inspections to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
