Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager for our sports and entertainment venue in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee cleaning/janitorial duties and staff, reporting to the District Manager.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating daily and event cleaning, training staff, managing budgets, ensuring safety, liaising with arena management, and maintaining records.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service and employee management.
• Experience in janitorial services.
• Ability to work extended hours.
• Proven budget management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate cleaning operations for daily and event services.
• Train, plan, schedule, and assign staff.
• Liaise with Arena Management and vendors to oversee cleaning operations.
• Maintain budgets and financial procedures.
• Develop SOPs and safety programs; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Attend internal and external meetings and represent the company.
