Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager for our sports and entertainment venue in San Antonio, TX. You will oversee cleaning operations, staff, and vendors, ensuring safe, cost-efficient service.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will manage housekeeping managers and supervisors, develop SOPs, monitor budgets, and coordinate with arena leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing housekeeping staff and operations.
• Budget control and cost management experience.
• Ability to coordinate with arena management and third-party vendors.
• HR responsibilities including hiring, payroll, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate cleaning operations for daily, event, and post-event cleaning.
• Train and schedule full- and part-time staff.
• Liaise between operations group and arena management to oversee cleaning and equipment.
• Ensure cost-efficient operation by maintaining the budget and financial records.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality service by setting goals and supervising managers.
• Maintain logs, reports, and deployment records; monitor safety and OSHA compliance.
• Handle HR concerns including payroll, labor reports, and safety reports.
