Based in California, you will oversee a diverse unionized workforce, coordinate daily facility services for games and events, and partner with venue leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role with a $120,000 annual salary.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily housekeeping, event cleaning, and post-event cleaning operations.
• Develop staffing and deployment plans based on event schedules and client requirements.
• Inspect arena spaces to ensure readiness and service quality.
• Ensure cleaning services are coordinated safely and professionally.
• Respond to client concerns with urgency and follow-through.
• Maintain visibility during major events and transitions.
• Lead union workforce management within a unionized environment.
• Administer collective bargaining agreements and coordinate with HR on grievances and contract matters.
