Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Operations Assistant at Old National Centre in Indianapolis. This part‑time, on‑site role supports venue operations, employee engagement, guest service, and event staffing with a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

You will partner with general managers to ensure service standards, coordinate hiring events, and manage onboarding communications while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction during shows. 1–2 years leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year of administrative experience.
• 2–3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer guest service, recognition and employee training systems.
• Coordinate employee engagement and guest service goals.
• Assist in recruitment events and onboarding communications.
• Support scheduling and execution of hiring events.
