Greenleaf Hospitality Group is seeking a Venue Operations Assistant Manager - KCC in Kalamazoo, MI. You will lead daily event operations, coordinate staff and equipment, and act as the on-site point of contact for clients and venue personnel.

You will oversee pre-event planning, ensure safety compliance, and manage equipment readiness while addressing any operational challenges to deliver successful events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event technology, venue operations, hospitality, or live event production.
• Experience leading events or coordinating event operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Working knowledge of professional audiovisual systems and event technology.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
