Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Venue Merchandise Seller to operate a merchandise stand at a venue, manage pre-event display setup, and perform end-of-event inventory and closing procedures. You will ensure speedy, friendly service to fans and maintain accurate cash handling throughout your shift.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and reliable transportation to the venue, in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash transactions and processing sales
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience operating a POS system and processing payments
• Ability to set up and maintain an attractive merchandise stand
• Experience with inventory counting and display setup

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and thorough customer service to fans
• Maintain accurate cash handling and process purchases at the POS
• Handle guest credit/debit cards and related transactions
• Prepare and arrange stand display before events
• Inventory all items before and after events with counts
• Assist fans with pricing and sizing information
• Work in a fast-paced, loud environment while staying professional
• Maintain the merch stand for the duration of the event
• Participate in venue sustainability efforts, including waste sorting and recycling education
