Responsibilities

• Develop Merchandise Specialist schedule based on event projections.
• Oversee inventory count-in and count-out procedures.
• Train, mentor, and motivate Merchandise Specialists team to support sales.
• Keep merchandise stands clean and presentable; ensure displays meet expectations.
• Perform physical duties like moving equipment and transferring merchandise.
• Complete reports including pre-show, post-show, and payroll.
• Communicate with Venue Management and Merchandise Management teams.
• Ensure adherence to Live Nation policies and health and safety regulations.
