Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, Concerts division, seeks a Venue Merchandise Seller to manage artist merchandise sales at a venue, including pre-show inventory and post-show reconciliation. You will provide prompt customer service, handle cash and POS transactions, display merchandise, and assist fans with pricing and sizes in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and have reliable transportation for shifts up to 12 hours.

Qualifications

• Prior relatable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and thorough customer service to fans.
• Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases with the POS.
• Handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactions.
• Prepare stand display before the event and count inventory before and after the show.
• Assist fans with pricing and sizing information.
• Work in a fast-paced, loud but exciting environment.
• Maintain stand throughout the event and participate in sustainability efforts.
