Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Venue Merchandise Seller at Shoreline Amphitheatre. You will manage a merchandise stand, greeting fans, answering questions, and processing sales with a POS system. Inventory is counted before and after events, and you will help display and restock items throughout the show.

We value strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work up to 12 hours in a bustling venue. Willingness to stand, lift, and commute to the venue is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work up to 12 hours per shift.
• Must lift up to 30 lbs with proper technique.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation is required due to odd hours.
• Strong communication and cash handling experience.
• Prior merch/retail or comparable event experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, thorough customer service at the point of sale.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and process transactions with the POS.
• Handle guest payments and card transactions securely.
• Prepare and display merchandise before and during events.
• Conduct inventory counts before start and after show.
• Assist fans with pricing, sizing, and product details.
• Work in a fast-paced, loud event environment.
• Maintain the stand throughout the event and support sustainability efforts.
