Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Venue Merchandise Seller to operate a merchandise stand at a venue. You will manage inventory, set up displays, and close out after events, ensuring accurate cash handling and a great fan experience.

Strong communication and reliability are essential. You will handle POS transactions, assist with pricing and sizing, and participate in sustainability efforts while working in a fast-paced concert environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and cash handling experience.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service
• Maintain accurate cash handling while processing purchases with the POS
• Properly handle guest credit/debit cards and applicable transactions
• Prepare your stand display before the event begins so fans can view items for sale
• Inventory all items with counts prior to the event and at the end of the show
• Assist fans with purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing
• Work in a fast-paced, loud, but exciting environment
• Maintain your stand throughout the event duration
• Participate in the venue’s sustainability program to conserve resources and educate fans about efforts
