Job summary

Australian Venue Co. is opening a refreshed venue in Cleveland and seeks an experienced Venue Manager to lead the transformation. You’ll take ownership from day one, build your team, and set the culture for an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll manage P&L, labour, and stock while delivering events and promotions to drive revenue. Expect strong support from a national operations network and a clear path for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large, food-and-beverage focused venue.
• Strong commercial capability across P&L, labour, rostering and stock control.
• Hands-on leadership with visibility on the floor during peak trade.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of local markets, competitors and hospitality trends.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a major renovation and venue relaunch.
• Recruit, build and develop your own leadership and venue team.
• Shape the culture and guest experience from day one.
