Great Performances is seeking a dynamic Venue Manager to lead daily café operations in a fast-paced New York City setting. You will manage a small front‑of‑house team, coordinate services and internal events, and ensure top hospitality standards while maintaining DOH compliance and strong client relationships.

As a hands-on leader, you will oversee financial performance, scheduling, and inventory, partnering with culinary leadership to uphold quality and service excellence in a vibrant venue

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in restaurant or venue management.
• Knowledge of Department of Health guidelines and food safety.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiar with venue operations software.
