Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years related work experience.
• Organized with prior supervisory experience.
• Experience with cleaning solutions and repairs.
• HVAC experience a plus.
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge; NEC knowledge a plus.
• Able to meet tight deadlines in high‑pressure environments.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to climb, crawl, bend and stoop.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, event, and scheduled cleaning and maintenance.
• Inspect and repair venue systems and equipment.
• Develop standard procedures for venue upkeep.
• Assist with purchasing materials.
• Schedule and supervise part-time cleaners.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and set props as required.
