Qualifications

• Provide front-line technical support for end-users in a fast-paced venue environment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices and network connectivity.
• Support Microsoft 365, including common productivity and authentication issues.
• Assist with event deployments and on-site IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Help Desk incidents and service requests with clear user communication.
• Troubleshoot wired/wireless network, VLANs, IP addressing, and VPN-related issues.
• Document issues, configurations, and SOPs for knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for on-site escalation.
