Oak View Group, a leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure, seeks a Housekeeping Manager for the Bismarck Event Center. You will oversee daily housekeeping staff and the cleaning of the building, ensuring high standards for a variety of events.

Based in Bismarck, ND, this full-time role offers a salary of $50,000 to $55,000 per year along with benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of housekeeping management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and floor care.
• Ability to train and supervise staff in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct regular staff meetings to discuss cleaning needs and safety.
• Delegate tasks and maintain documentation including sign-in sheets and checklists.
• Perform inspections to ensure cleaning standards across all areas.
• Notify management of safety or maintenance issues found during walkthroughs.
• Oversee housekeeping for events and maintain notes on staff performance.
• Coordinate training and enforce OVG policies.
• Assist other personnel and perform additional duties as required.
