Job summary

Oak View Group in Bismarck seeks a Housekeeper to keep the venue clean, safe, and presentable for guests, entertainers, and staff. You will work with teams to ensure readiness for events, using cleaning equipment and following safety practices. This is an hourly role with shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The position offers a part-time schedule with open shifts and benefits noted for part-time staff.

Qualifications

Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment safety.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail across restrooms, offices, and public spaces.
Reliable and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects; work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

Perform housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance of facility spaces and fixtures.
Work from general instructions with minimal supervision.
Maintain cleanliness of venues' spaces and assets.
Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, polishers, and shampooers.
Establish cooperative working relationships with staff, contractors, and guests.
