Job summary

AEG is hiring a Guest Services Representative to deliver an exceptional guest experience at the venue. You will monitor entry and provide escort services to different spaces inside the facility.

Required are a high school diploma, 0–2 years in sports/entertainment venues, ability to stand for 8 hours, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; Payscale indicates $20.48 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency.
• 0-2 years of related work experience in sports/entertainment venues.
• Able to work evenings and weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and endure weather.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest services at events by performing AEG Encore service.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information and directions; escalate when needed.
• Scan and check for valid tickets at entry gates.
• Control ticket access points by checking tickets for appropriate areas.
• Assist guests with seating problems and escalate when necessary.
