Job summary

AEG's Torrance Soccer Center seeks a Guest Services Representative to deliver an excellent guest experience, manage venue entry, provide program and facility information, and handle inquiries and payments. You will welcome guests, assist with registrations for programs and field rentals, and support setup/breakdown of sports equipment, while adhering to facility protocols.

Part-time role requiring HS diploma, 1–2 years' experience, ability to stand 8 hours, and weekend/evening availability; ACA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and MS Office.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests and knowing venue layout, programs, and policies.
• Handle guest inquiries and client issues via phone, in person, and email; escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Assist Program Coordinator in registering customers for programs and booking rentals or parties.
• Ensure adherence to facility protocols and report injuries or unsafe areas.
• Assist with setup or breakdown of volleyball and futsal equipment as necessary.
